Glen Three Hawks aka BOSS is a Glove wearing leatherman that lives in North Central Mass with his boy Arne'. They've been together for over 9 years. Together they attend Leather Events like MATES Leather weekend in P'TOWN, MAL, FLAG nights and Full Kit nights here at the Ramrod as well as other events when traveling.

BOSS started wearing gloves and leather and boots at a very young age. He grew up in a Motorcycling Family and was happy to always find leather around the house.

He wouldnt call himself a Conventional Leatherman from the Leather communities standpoint becuz he breaks the rules. He wears other leather that isn't black or cowhide. Sometimes its brown, tan, buckskin or elk. Doesn't matter to him, as long as its leather. He wears his leather as actual clothing, not just something to put on to get into a leather bars or events. His chaps have dead bugs in them from riding his bike in them and he probably goes thru 3 pairs of gloves a month from continuous use.

He was happy to be choosen as Mr FLAG 2008 becuz he is really the ulitmate GLOVEMAN. He wears them everyday and has many pairs and types of gloves. There is usually no less then 5 pairs in the truck at all times, a pair on his hands and a pair stuffed into his back pocket. He is still waiting to meet another man that is into them as much as he is. So its been an honor to be recognized as MR FLAG 2008.
